Pure Equality

The first step to a better American democracy is to bring a pure equality for us all at the ballot box and to truly enshrine the right to vote across all of America.

A proposed 28th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution:

“The right to vote for all citizens of the United States, eighteen years and older, is inherent. The right to vote for all government offices, national, state, and local, up for election and shall not be abridged. The state governments shall provide automatic voter registration rolls for all the state’s respective citizens. The state governments shall provide all reasonable manners and time frames of voting necessary to encourage full participation in voting by all citizens of the United States present within the state’s borders regardless of where the citizen is registered to vote.”

A proposed 29th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution:

“District boundaries for the purpose of electing representatives to the United States Congress within each state shall be drawn by a non-partisan commission independent of the executive, legislature, and judicial branches of the respective state. Commissioners shall be selected by popular statewide vote in the congressional election in the year of the United States census.”
